I'm an Innovation Lab Officer at Triple Jump, an impact investment firm in Amsterdam. My work sits at the overlap of strategy and engineering — I figure out what an organisation should do differently, then I build or lead the team that makes it happen.
Before this I was an Operational Excellence Specialist at the same firm, where I mapped workflows, coached teams in Lean Six Sigma, and set up the tooling and rituals that make continuous improvement stick. Before that I administered debt, equity, and hedge investments — which is how I learned the domain I now build systems for.
What I've shipped
- AI Acceleration — Wrote our AI Responsible Use Policy aligned with the EU AI Act, then built the adoption programme around it — from procuring Copilot 365 to launching an internal AI task force.
- Data Platform — Designed and built a centralised data platform: system architecture, reverse-engineered legacy data models, ELT pipelines, and a backend API serving data products to clients.
- System Migration — Currently managing the migration from eFront to Domos FS — project management, feature negotiation, data migration scripts, reverse ETL, and multi-system integration using Data Vault 2.0.
- Cost Allocation — Built a cost allocation model in Power BI that tracks profitability by product, fund, and investment window — the first time leadership could see the full picture in one place.
- Strategy Review — Ran a strategy execution review for the management board — interviews, analysis, and concrete recommendations on decision-making maturity.
How I think
I don't believe in strategy decks that never leave the boardroom, or engineering that solves the wrong problem. The best work happens when you understand both sides well enough to translate between them. I'm more useful in a room where I can ask "why are we building this?" and also open a terminal to start building it.
I care about clean processes, clear ownership, and not overcomplicating things. Lean Six Sigma gave me the discipline. Building data systems gave me the empathy for what goes wrong in practice. Leading teams gave me the patience.
